Dear Ponus Ridge Student-Athletes:

Welcome to the Ponus Ridge Athletic Program!

As a representative of Ponus Ridge Middle School, our expectation is that you will consistently display high moral character, combined with a tremendous work ethic. Each of you will contribute in many ways to the team, and may serve a variety of roles. We hope you always strive for improvement, both in practice as well as in competition. 

We offer: 

• Touch Football and Indoor Field Hockey in the Fall
• Boys and Girls Basketball in the Winter
• Co-ed Soccer and Co-ed Volleyball in the Spring

If you break the school's code of conduct, you risk a game suspension and possibly removal from the team, depending on the severity of the infraction.
